Housing
There are some high rise apartment buildings in Medan, but most expats live in houses
in major housing complexes. The housing areas that are popular with expats include: Setia
Budi , Bumi Asri, and Cemara Asri complexes.
Cemara Asri is a self-contained housing estate with its own security
guards and amenities. There is a swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts
and even a football field. The lastest edition to this estate is the Go-Cart. There are several Rumah Makan in the estate but they operate mainly only
at night.

Indonesia Airport Services can assist you and your friends, family and colleagues on their arrival at the airport in Medan. We meet them off the airplane, can pre-purchase their VOA, and will then fast-track them through immigration to a chauffeured car or their hotel rep.
