PT. Telemaya Asia (Telemaya) is a one-stop provider of a bundled communications services which includes:

Broadband internet access at user-selectable speed of 64 kbps and above
Point-to-point domestic and international connectivities to connect various office locations for enabling efficient and secure data interchange and also for supporting internal voice communications
Discounted long distance and international voice utilizing VoIP
Web hosting, data center, and disaster recovery services
Value added services including calling card, unified communications, access of web content from normal telephone, and virtual phone number

Telemaya delivers its service primarily by establishing a direct connectivity between its PoP (Point of Presence) and the customer's premises. This direct connectivity, usually termed as the last-mile, utilizes advanced radio / IR technologies to ensure that Telemaya has full control over its network and is able to deploy its service expediently while reducing dependencies on the incumbent's networks.

Telemaya has the necessary licenses to deliver the following services:

Network licenses:

open-user VSAT
Sistem Komunikasi Data Paket (packetized data communication system)

Service licenses:

internet service provider (ISP)
calling card, with allocated free-access numbers 12050 and 12060
virtual phone number, with allocated free-access numbers 16005 and 16006 and incoming prefix numbers (0802)5 and (0802)6
unified messaging
call center, with allocated free-access number 14088

Telemaya currently has operating PoPs in Menara Rajawali and Menara Kadin, both in Kuningan, Central Jakarta, which allows us to deliver service to corporate customers in each building under an extremely short lead time.

Our current customers include: Magnus Indonesia, Indonet, Sony Music, Taisei, the Embassy of Japan and Hudson Advisors Indonesia.

Telemaya has strategic cooperations with SingTel, iBasis, Excelcomindo, and the Sigma Cipta Caraka group of companies which include Indonet (Indonesia's first Internet Service Provider) and Ekakarya Teknik Citra (a company that focuses on providing wiring and IT services to buildings).
