Kangaroo Service was established in 1998 and developed according to the regulations and technologies of Indonesia and Australia. The service is provided through a cooperation between PT Kangaroo Ausindo in Indonesia and Kangaroo Service Pty Ltd in Australia. Both companies are registered and operate as legal money remittance providers in their respective countries. Kangaroo Service is a member of the Indonesian Australian Business Council and Indonesian Remittance Provider Association. We are a reporting entity that complies with the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing in both countries.
At Kangaroo Service, we utilise both the Online Banking System and Branch Transfers to enable faster and more reliable service for our customers. Most of our services are completed on the Same Day as the requested is received. Funds are transferred and confirmed to the beneficiary's account on same day with a very low transfer fee and very easy service.
For the benefit of the customers, we have accounts in three major banks in Indonesia (BCA, Mandiri and BNI) and in Australia (ANZ, Westpac and NAB). All accounts are under our business names. Our more than 14 years experience and nearly zero drop out in clients shows our reliability and the emphasis we put on client satisfaction. Kangaroo Service is well known among Indonesians in Australia with a majority of our clients in Australia ranging from diplomatic corps, students, professionals and small businesses.
