Nehru Memorial International School

NMIS was established in 1958. Earlier known as the famous Bandung English School. We have classes starting from primary I up to Standard XII (Senior Secondary School).The minimum age for admission to primary I is 3 1/2 years. Subjects taught include English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Business Studies, Economics, History, Geography, Arts & Crafts. In addition, various co-curricular activities are conducted under the School System. The Language of instruction is English. Enrollment is open to all nationalities.

Our faculty comprises of well qualified and trained Teachers from various countries. We adhere to the Cambridge stream of education "O" and "A" levels.

The school inculcates the student with a sense of one being, international acceptance, respecting and recognizing various cultural backgrounds, tolerance and developing competitiveness. We strongly believe that education is the birth right of all children, irrespective of nationality, color, caste or creed. We teach children to respect and honor all religions and encourage them to love, respect and care for one another. We also encourage children to participate in social services conducted by the School in the form of helping the poor to teach them the value of humanity. The School as a cordial environment plays a vital role for the whole enhancement of growing and aspiring young individuals.

Community Services: Nehru Memorial International School celebrates various functions and festivals in coordination with the members of the community, including parents.
