We're recruiting new members! Come join our choir!

What

For those of you who want to sing, laugh and enjoy – and get a chance to show what you can do on a Jakarta stage – this is your chance. It is a social activity for expatriates and local residents, and anyone can join in! Our repertoire is mostly modern and fun music, including broadway musicals, jazz, barbershop, pop, and folk songs.

When

Rehearsals are held every Monday night from 7.30pm – 9pm at Jl. Wolter Monginsidi No 21, Kebayoran Baru, Jaksel (Roger's Salon, 3rd floor).

How Much

As a member of JICC, the semester fee of Rp 1,200,000 is payable to share the expenses of training and miscellaneous expenses.

Who

Bernice Nikki is a musician, voice mentor and performing arts teacher who teaches and directs in several music institutes and schools in Jakarta. A recipient of ASEAN Grant Award and full scholarship from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Singapore) majoring in Theatre, Bernice has gained recognition as a passionate mentor who believes in the holistic approach of performing arts. She returned to Indonesia in 2010 and has been teaching and directing ever since.
