Membership

The Jakarta Bintangs are a social and networking club that play of Australian Rules Football. Most games are played in Jakarta, with occasional games overseas against teams from host countries including Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and the rest of the South Asian rim. The Bintangs also have many social events throughout the year for its playing and non-playing members.

Practices are held on Thursday nights at Senayan and on Saturdays at the Ceylon Cricket Ground in Cibubur.

Participation is open to men, women and children of all nationalities. Current number of members - 100. Most activities are held in English.

The Jakarta Bintangs also run an Junior Development Program for children aged 5 to 15. For further information on the junior program email: dvdelaney @ gmail.com
