ICAC assists expatriates acclimatize into living in Indonesia. ICAC now offers Newcomer Orientation Services, Wellness Maintenance Programs, as well as Counseling Services for children and adults.

Counseling has always been the cornerstone for ICAC. Our licensed and experienced expatriate counselors all hold degrees in psychology, social work or relevant social science. We advocate a holistic team approach to counseling, as we provide seamless therapy - from helping learning-disabled children, troubled teenagers and adults through individual, family and group counseling.

Confidential day or evening appointments may be scheduled by calling (021) 718-0010 for a session at one of our counseling sites. Trauma-support counseling, off-sites visits, as well as long distance phone counseling, can also be arranged.

Specific services for children / adolescents include:

  • Psychological / Psycho-educational Assessment
  • Emotional Disorders and Behavioral Problems
  • School and Learning Disabilities
  • Parenting skills and parent-child / adolescent relations
  • Eating disorders and adolescent adjustment issues

Adult Counseling includes:

  • Relationship conflict
  • Cultural adjustment
  • Stress management
  • Grief and loss
  • Alcohol abuse
  • Individual life transitions

ICAC ensures that full confidentiality is applied to all client services.
